Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software, games, or digital content
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Consumables (batteries, bulbs, filters) that have been opened
- Items damaged by misuse or accidental damage
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1 Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- 2 We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return authorisation within 1 business day.
- 3 Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off or arrange a pickup.
- 4 Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Mobile Money, Paystack, or bank transfer). Processing time is 3–7 business days depending on your provider.
