3. Orders & Payment
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Avicenna Commerce Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, public holidays, third-party courier delays).
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
