How to Order, Pay with MoMo, and Track Your Delivery at Avicenna Commerce

Shopping online in Ghana has never been simpler, and Avicenna Commerce is designed to make the experience straightforward from start to finish. Whether you are ordering from Accra, Takoradi, Tamale, Cape Coast, or anywhere else in the country, this guide walks you through every step.

Step 1: Browse and Choose Your Product

Visit our products page to browse by category or use the search bar to find exactly what you need. Each product page shows the price in Ghana Cedis, current stock availability, estimated delivery time, and verified customer reviews to help you make the right decision.

When you are happy with your choice, select your quantity and click Add to Cart to save it whilst you continue browsing, or Order Now to go straight to checkout.

Step 2: Review Your Cart

Head to your shopping cart to review everything before you pay. Here you can:

  • Adjust quantities or remove items
  • Apply a coupon or discount code
  • Redeem loyalty points or referral credits if you have them
  • See your full order total before proceeding

Step 3: Enter Your Delivery Details

At checkout, enter your full name, phone number, and delivery address. Be as specific as possible: include your neighbourhood, street name, and a nearby landmark if you have one. This helps our delivery partners locate you quickly and reduces delays.

Ghana Post GPS digital addresses are accepted and recommended if you know yours.

Step 4: Choose Your Payment Method

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • MTN Mobile Money (MoMo): Enter your registered MTN number and approve the payment prompt on your phone.
  • Telecel Cash: Works the same way through your Telecel wallet.
  • AirtelTigo Money: Pay directly from your AirtelTigo wallet.
  • Card (Visa or Mastercard): Enter your card details on our secure Paystack payment page. You will receive a one-time password to confirm the transaction.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your card details or MoMo PIN under any circumstances.

Step 5: Confirm and Receive Your Order Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a full summary of your purchase. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or contact us on WhatsApp for immediate assistance.

Step 6: Track Your Delivery

Log in to your account and visit My Orders to see the current status of your delivery at any time. We will also send you an email notification when your order is packed and dispatched.

Standard delivery times across Ghana are as follows:

  • Kumasi: 1 to 2 business days
  • Ashanti Region (outside Kumasi): 2 to 3 business days
  • Greater Accra, Central, and Eastern Regions: 3 to 4 business days
  • Western, Volta, and Bono-Ahafo Regions: 4 to 5 business days
  • Northern, Upper East, and Upper West Regions: 5 to 7 business days
