How to Get Your Referral Link

Log in to your Avicenna Commerce account and visit the Referrals page. You will find your unique referral link there ready to share. Copy it and send it via WhatsApp, share it on Facebook, post it on X (Twitter), or simply send it directly to anyone you think would benefit from shopping with us.

How Your Friend Benefits

When a new customer signs up using your referral link and places their first qualifying order, they automatically receive a welcome discount on that purchase. This gives them an immediate reason to complete their order and makes your recommendation even more valuable to them.

How You Earn

Once the person you referred completes their first qualifying purchase, referral credit is added to your account automatically. You do not need to chase it or submit any forms. It appears in your balance on the Referrals page as soon as it is confirmed.

You can refer as many people as you like. Each successful referral adds more credit to your account, and there is no upper limit.

How to Apply Your Referral Credit

1. Add the items you want to your cart as usual
2. Go to your cart page
3. Click Apply Referral Credit
4. Your available credit is automatically deducted from the order total
5. Pay the remaining balance with MoMo, card, or any accepted payment method

Referral credit can be applied to up to 20 per cent of any single order value. The more you spend, the more credit you can use in one go.

Who Can Take Part?

Any registered Avicenna Commerce customer with a confirmed account can participate. There is no minimum spend and no registration fee. Simply log in, grab your link, and start sharing.

A Few Important Points

• Referral credit only applies when a genuinely new customer uses your link. If someone already has an account, the referral will not generate credit.
• The referred customer must complete a qualifying purchase for the credit to be released to you.
• Referral credit is applied to future purchases only. It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Abuse of the programme, such as creating fake accounts, will result in the removal of all credit and account suspension.
