Checking Your Balance

You can view your current loyalty points balance at any time by logging in and visiting My Account. Your total available points and their equivalent Ghana Cedi value are shown there clearly.

How to Redeem Your Points

Once your balance reaches the minimum redemption threshold, the option to apply your points will appear on your cart page during checkout. Here is the process:

1. Add your chosen items to the cart
2. Go to your cart
3. Click Apply Loyalty Points if you have enough to redeem
4. The equivalent discount is applied automatically to your order total

How Much Are Points Worth?

Combining Points with Other Offers
